Statement tea towels are always a talking point … we think every kitchen should have these works of art. Our Rooster Tea Towels are printed in the Winelands and handstitched by Sumien Brink here in Cape Town.
Sumien’s tea towels were borne out of a love of printing on linen – printing of a different kind after a lifetime spent editing lifestyle magazines. A lifelong fascination with historical illustrations or botanical prints and vintage images of roosters, chickens and geese found in antique books led to this charming range for our kitchens.

- Slight variations in colour, size and shape may occur due to the handmade nature of the product
- Linen tends to shrink and may fade over time.
- Cool wash at 30 degrees. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- First wash: add a good shot of vinegar to the water.
- Dry flat and iron on reverse side.
