Returns
To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] explaining the reason for your return. We will require an invoice number.
Returns will need to be sent by courier to the following address:
Perfect Hideaways Shop , The Barn, Dreyersdal Farm, Dreyersdal Farm Road, Bergvliet 7945
If the reason for your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.
You may be responsible for shipping costs. The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on the sending location.
Refunds from the shop
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a notification of a refund, we advise you to refer your bank account and confirm the missing funds, first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
Refunds on sale items
Refunds on shop gift cards
Exchanges and refunds do not apply to shop gift cards. All shop gift cards should be redeemed within 24 months of the date of purchase. Your shop gift card will only be deemed valid if the code provided matches the code on our system and shows as unredeemed.
Refunds for travel gift cards
Travel gift cards should be redeemed for Perfect Hideaways rental accommodation listings and are not redeemable on our online shop for physical products. All travel gift cards should be redeemed within 24 months of the date of purchase. Your travel gift card will only be deemed valid if the code provided matches the code on our system and shows as unredeemed. We recommend that you keep your original travel gift card email confirmation on record as proof of gift card.
