1. How do I purchase a digital accommodation voucher from Perfect Hideaways?
Easy! Select the card design you’d like to gift your friend. Provide us with your details in the required fields and the details of the person you’re buying the hideaway voucher for. You can even add a personalised message to your loved one! Select your voucher amount and click add to cart!
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and your loved one will receive their beautiful voucher gift card in their inbox. Should they wish to redeem their voucher they can simply email our reservations team with their preferred hideaway and their digital voucher card with the unique voucher code.
2. Do I receive a voucher code?
Yes. The buyer will receive a purchase confirmation email containing the unique voucher code and other purchase details. The receiver will see their unique code in the gift card they receive via email.
3. How do I redeem my voucher?
Simply email our reservations team [email protected] with the name of the hideaway you’d like to book and the code you received on your digital voucher card. Alternatively email us your digital voucher card along with your reservation enquiry.
