Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) following confirmation of your order via email.

A separate notification with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods for you to choose from:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days.

The delivery times mentioned above are estimates. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Perfect Hideaways is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation, strikes or delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, destination and number of products ordered. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free nationwide shipping on orders from R700.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Perfect Hideaways is not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

Please contact shop@perfecthideaways.co.za for international orders. We will send you a shipping quote.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees required by their respective countries for international orders.

Lost or Damaged items

Lost or Damaged items In the event that your product is lost in transit or it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at shop@perfecthideaways.co.za. For damaged products, please email photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for information on returning or exchanging products purchased online.
