Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
To start a return, please email us at shop@perfecthideaways.co.za explaining the reason for your return. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice number).
Returns will need to be sent by courier to the following address:

You are responsible for returning your item and accountable for the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on the sending location. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a notification of a refund, we advise you to refer your bank account and confirm the missing funds, first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at at shop@perfecthideaways.co.za
Sale items and Gift cards
Unfortunately only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Digital Vouchers Refunds
The digital vouchers purchased from our online shop, are only redeemable for Perfect Hideaways rental accommodation listings and not redeemable on our online shop for physical products.
A refund will result in the payment of the exact amount purchased from Perfect Hideaways to the confirmed bank account of the client.
Vouchers should be redeemed within two calendar years from the date of purchase.
Your voucher will only be deemed valid if the code provided matches the code on our system and shows as unredeemed.
We recommend that you keep your original voucher email confirmation on record as proof of voucher
